Information we do not collect on this website

This website does not store health information. The 60-second candidacy check runs entirely in your browser; your answers are not sent to us or anyone else.

Request and intake forms

Appointment request and intake forms are provided by a HIPAA-compliant form service under a Business Associate Agreement. Information you submit goes directly to that service and to our practice.

Analytics and advertising

The candidacy check page does not load any analytics or advertising tags. On other pages, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors find and use our website (for example, which pages are visited and whether a visitor clicked our phone number). We do not send form contents, health information, names, emails or phone numbers to these services, and we do not use remarketing or advertising audiences based on website visits or health information. Google's ad-personalization signals are turned off.

We never sell your information

We do not sell, rent or lease any visitor or patient information to anyone.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them through it.

Videos

Videos are loaded from YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode only after you press play.
